The 13th edition of the Open House Prague festival, which opens the city for all groups of citizens, is scheduled to take place May 17–23, 2027, with accompanying events starting on May 17 and usually inaccessible buildings and spaces on the weekend of May 22–23. The list of open buildings is expected to be revealed in early April 2027. Join our Facebook event or support the festival! You can also read about the 2026 festival and how it went. Aside from the festival, we also organize year-round walking tours and tours of selected buildings.
Help Us Open the City!
Over 600 volunteers were involved in the 2026 Open House Prague festival; they helped with preparations, guided tours in buildings, or coordinated traffic. For the next edition, we’re going to need a similar number of people. If you are interested in architecture and design, like Prague and meeting new people, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! Join our community of volunteers, experience the festival from a different perspective, and help us open the city during the 13th edition of the festival! We accept applications all year long.
